The Tupai Atoll, located in French Polynesia, is a unique and privileged site. Being an ideal place for rest and recreation. For this we are building a 6-star luxury hotel for exclusive clients from all over the world, this will have 86 exclusive villas.
The first stage of the project is the restoration of the native and endemic flora of the atoll’s surface, as well as the underwater life in the interior lagoon. In parallel, the construction of the tourist complex will begin.
The super-luxury experience of Tupai Resort will be the gateway for new real estate projects with the highest demands and new world-class standards, further integrating the concept of nature, both in its design and in the chosen environment.
Supply ramps will be built in the airport area and the main building for check-in and check-out for the control of our passengers, in addition to having two planes and two helicopters, one of each of these having different adjustments such as medical transport or emergency transfers as needed.
The enclosure will have a professional golf course and a club house, which will house different activities both outdoors and inside.
